The  House

The House was built in 1890 and retains main original features from when Harrogate was Britain’s largest Spa. An extensive renovation programme was completed in the Spring of 2010 to create a restful environment for our guests. 115 is a short walk to the centre of Harrogate  and the International Conference Centre.

Our bedrooms are individually styled and offer the best levels of comfort. Extremely comfortable beds, high thread count Egyptian cotton sheets and cosy duvets will allow you to get a restful night. The decoration of the house is light and airy and aimed to give a feeling of space and tranquillity.

Breakfast is served in our dining room on a fine regency mahogany table. We offer a full English breakfast, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs or a continental breakfast.  This is accompanied with cereals, toast, fresh orange juice and Taylors Coffee or Yorkshire Tea. (What else this is Yorkshire !)

For the business traveller we have a high speed wifi internet connection.
